Canceling or Rescheduling Appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice by calling our office. We will make a sincere effort to get your appointment rescheduled as soon as possible. At your convenience, you can also access your Follow My Health Patient Portal account any time of day and send a message concerning your appointment. Please note that all messages are read during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
